I decided to take up the challenge of reading 1 book a week for 10 weeks. Some were good, some were bad, some I loved and the others, I stopped reading half way, because, life is too short to finish a book you don’t like (Don’t agree? Tell us why in the comments below!).
I am not an avid reader. I would only read 1 or 2 books a year. For me, it was important to have a take away from each book that I read. I’d rather watch movies than read fiction books. So I decided to take up this challenge because, a) I had a lot of time to spare b) I wanted to get into the habit of reading c) Oprah said “Reading is the strongest signal for success” and I like Oprah.
